Bonus Entries: Tag up to 3 friends via the entry form for up to 3 additional entries. Each tagged friend must be a real person with a valid email address. Tagged friends will receive a one-time notification about the Contest.

Limit: Up to five (5) entries per person. Each entry must feature a different “missing magic” idea — duplicate or substantially similar entries from the same person will be disqualified. Each entry may also tag up to three (3) friends for bonus entries. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

6. Entry Requirements

All entries must comply with the following:

  • All content must be the original work of the entrant.
  • No copyrighted music, soundtracks, or third-party intellectual property unless entrant has documented permission.
  • No obscene, defamatory, threatening, or unlawful content.
  • No content that infringes the rights of any third party.
  • Entrant warrants they have permission from all individuals appearing in their submission, including parent or guardian consent for any minors.
  • Videos must be 60 seconds or less.
  • Photos must be in JPEG, PNG, or HEIC format.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry at its sole discretion that does not comply with these requirements or that Sponsor determines is inappropriate, offensive, or not in the spirit of the Contest.

7. Content License

By entering the Contest, each entrant grants Foxglove Media Group LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, adapt, modify, and create derivative works from their submission in any media now known or hereafter devised, for any purpose, including without limitation advertising, promotional, and commercial purposes.

This license is sublicensable to: Wizard's Way House, The Daily Potter, Foxglove Media Group LLC, and all current and future contest sponsors.

Music and Copyright Indemnification: Entrant warrants that all content in their submission is original or properly licensed. Entrant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property infringement in the entrant's submission. Submissions containing copyrighted music, soundtracks, or third-party intellectual property may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Model Release: By entering, entrant grants Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and voice in connection with the Contest and its promotion without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
